Detergent 3000
A Heavy duty dishwasher detergent compounded to emulsify heavy soil in automatic washers. It should be used with a water temperature of at least 130 degrees.
Super Dry 3000
A Heavy Duty Wetting Agent – Helps prevent spotting by causing the water to free rinse and dry within minutes. water temperature below 120 will cause excessive sudsing. for best results super dry should be used at 140 degrees.
Sani 3000
To be used with the low temperature dish washer. The injection system is adjusted to deliver 50 part per million available chlorine to the final rinse. Minimum final rinse temperature of 120 f is required.
D-Scale Lime Remover
Low foaming de-scaler and lime remover for dish machines, steam tables, coffee urns and water spotting of glassware.
Force
A chlorinated, highly alkaline powdered product designed for use in hard water (above 5 grains). Helps to prevent the formation of scale on machine surfaces and on cleaned dishes and glasses. The fast acting alkali source solubilizes food soils for easy removal. Unique sequesterants provide for spectacular results.
